So, here's my information below

1) Redwood City and San Carlos (preferably San Carlos)
2) The Shark (or jpressley101, he took personal turf from me)
3) He keeps attacking me and taking my turf. Every time I try to get new turf, he just comes and overtakes it.
4) My mob is at 835. His mob is at 9, 879. I can't say for certain about the gear but he's three things: He's got 3811 AK-47s. He's got 6,867 Miniguns and he's got 1,220 sniper rifles. Unfortunately, my inventory is not that big. The biggest thing I have is 136 RPGs but combined with all the other weapons I have, it's not sufficient enough.

I am tired of getting turf and then losing it to a person who's already got enough turf. He's a Capo in those cities. All I want is two things 1) My turf back and 2) To send a message to pick on people his own size, like jpressley101 (who, by the way, took turfs that were personal to me). Any help would be appreciated. I just want to be able to own some turf and not lose it to people who've already got enough turf.

First of all there are no personal turf. If you are not strong enough to keep it then you can lose it. Other than that I am now looking into this matter and will provide further comments as they come to light.

I confirm 9 of 11 turfs in San Carlos held by jpressley101 were capped from reidmeister.

No turf capped in redwood city.

Mobbing up may be a tired argument but it really is a fundamental part of this game. Punching codes isn't particularly fun - some may disagree. People aren't going to come knocking at your door to join, they may come to 'attend' to your turf though. You need something to make you a less easy target.

I count all 13 of the Shark's San Carlos turfs are capped, several from Reid. Maybe I'll pay them a visit.

I ER'd both of them and flattened a few some turfs from both. I'll wait until I get the WTF?! message from them both.
