His name is stellar18. He's level 43 with 2500 influence and 1900 mob. We're in Jonesboro Arkansas. He keeps putting my turfs out of commission and taking them. Someone please help.

I believe the inspector was goin to speak to both partys to try and figure out the situation. You other 2 seem too ready to shoot first and ask questions later.

Well I guess he didn't reply to me on my wall. But it looks like he bent the truth here stating "He keeps putting my turfs out of commission and taking them." But in response to what I said on his wall he tells me

Hahaha noobs are so funny. One of them probably was getting a little greedy and tried to cap the other's turf. The other guy responded with over-killing the attackers turf and it got blown out of proportion. That's they way most of these happen....

He had me in the v too, he took it down, he was crying because his turfs were being attacked forcing him to pay tax to stellar. He added me because I randomly attacked him he sent me a msg saying "ya wanna stop attacking my shit." So I attacked him 3 more times. No one capped any of his turfs.

After looking at all his turfs none of them belong to felter. Also felter admitted that he hasn't taken any.

To add onto that all of his turfs look some what healthy for constantly putting them ooc and capping them.
