Excessive?

What is classed as excessive? I have had the same person take 5 of my turfs over the last couple of days

For me it depends upon your size and his intent. For example I capped 3 turf to acquire Capo of an area. That was what I needed to drop the previous capo's influence and increase mine to take capo. I am not taking more as I need him in the area to keep the income up. If this capping will kick you out of an area it is excessive.

Oh and a simple rule that some mobsters apply is if your influence is materially higher than your mob count then you are fair game. The general rule appears to be no more than 3 influence per mobster.
