Mr boom, Vinny has been my friend ever since I have started. However, the leaderboard doesn't really matter for state. The person your targeting is an inactive and destroying him would ruin the acconnomy in Madison even more after that horrible capping of the inactives in jan. I'm sure he would be flattered but I don't think he would want this.

Very. If you cap inactives it lowers the income for the rest of us. Sadly I was run out of Madison and do not have any turf there, however I try to keep everything under controll still.
