Instead of being a nice capo crazypil! Is attacking and capturing my turfs as soon as possible I am getting sort of frustrated at this

Hes twice your size but it's not the end of the world. You can catch up. First, Start punching codes, second ask him politely to stop, explain that the more players in an area the greater the income.
If he refuses to answer you will hopefully out mob him before the week is out and if not you should be big enough that he can't cap you.

I just looked up their mob sizes and was gonna say roughly that, so start punching asap. Use a website. I use InviteCodeMatrix. Good luck.
