Most of the times the cases aren't even worth looking at, such as taxing and harmless threats. If Free Mason says he is attacking people for exp, it could only be 10-20 times, as after that you stop recieving exp. That is a fair number of attacks, and despite the fact that I get paranoid if someone does that to me, it's normal. I check to see every player's bank account so I can tell whether or not you can buy more weapons, turf, heal your turf, of your income is going up or down. I do this to every player I am attacking in cases like this. Furthermore, I have sent you maybe 6 or 7 messages in over 7 days.
As for the Emoji, I do that to get under your skin. Now I know that it is working. 😃
