3) This thug needs his nose drug in the dirt. He has been harrassing many people for quite awhile, capping many turfs in the process. Personally he has capped the limit of my turf every day for the past three days. I have tried to talk to him, move my turf, everything he is too big for me to handle alone and he has no plans of leaving me and my friend alone.
4) My mob: 815, almost all fully equipped
His mob: 2778, fully equipped

Please help.
