Please join my vendetta and help me take this jerk out. He's caping all property small enough to take out, I was just hoping through trying to move east and he started caping all my turfs and won't stop now he's actually following me around caping one at a time. He's been warned and yelled at by the capo for several weeks. This guy is rude, a bully, and has no concept of the game. Vendetta is in La Mesa, California. Against. Panda stud
