Guy around the Milwaukee area, the nameless keeps caping all my turfs and all inactives around the Milwaukee area. He even uses a dummy account 397. I know that's him because it's his invite code...... Messege for help please!

What more do you need he just runs around capping everything and he just has a little dummy create turfs and then he just takes those to to raise his income and weapons and shit
