Im in orange county and I've had this guy hit me everyday and put me in the ER multiple times a day. As of about 1 hour ago he has taken 3 of my turfs and I'm sick and tired of it. His name is JEFSP and he has 3756 mob and hiis kills are as follows: H-250 E-108 S-30 his gear is kind of sparatic. Need help please

I don't want to sound like the stereotypical douche that always says " mob up or shut up". However you are very close to him in stats, if you added another 1k mob you should be able to defend yourself against him.
