Hi just started recently. Been on here 2.5 weeks and have 1150 + mob. And this larger player keeps building turff next to mine. I have relocated once already.. I could use a hand beating them back.

You're missing some info, please read the sticky, and paying protection isn't such a big deal, at least he isnt capping your turf
