ok so me and another guy near me r having an all out war. but now neither of us can win becuz of the repetitive attack rule. any help?

What level are you two? What's the rule? I've been attacking a 67 non stop (I'm 64) I'll loose 1/10 or 15 times. He though he could just attack my turf since I attacked him. Turf attacking for no reason is a dick move. Plus he doesn't win ever...

I don't know what that attack rule is, but I had a foe attack my turf because I attacked him/her. I felt justified to attack a few of his/her places in retaliation. Don't attack land unless your starting a war.

How do you defend turf?? I have the same guy attack me every day like 100 times. It costs me all my money to repair it, and I can't even fight back sine he's like 50 levels higher than me. Frustrating...
