  I just did one. Private messages show up on the vendetta page and v members only can see it. Posting it public allows v members and targets to see it. Don't know about anyone else. Check my profile fo the vendetta and see if you can see any messages.

  Post public MSG only all members and targets can see it. Post MSG on members can see it.
