You can earn them by getting new players into the game

Go to your mob tab, in the upper left, there's a button that says "invite friends". Any contacts that you have stored with an email address will show up. You select the one(s) you want to invite & you're done. When they come to register, they'll have the option to enter your code. If they do, you both get 5 respect points.
