Just wondering how this is calculated. I see some players above me that have less turf/weapons/influence. Does it include banked cash or just cash on hand? Sorry if this is answered elsewhere, didn't see it when I tried looking.

It's nothing to do with turf/weapons/influence it's just cash in hand and in bank
