Is it better to have more turf than what the Don allows you to have or is it better to keep it even with the turf te don allows u to have... Lol

Really depends on your game play. It's better to have more for the added income, but the only way to do that is to take them from other players. If you want to spread out a lot, you can't if you don't have a few free to "hop" to another area. It's not a either/or question. You'll probably have times where you have more than you're allowed and others where you have less. Later in the game it's more common to have a lot less than you are allowed.

If u have a lot of mob and u want to arm ur mob well, u HAVE to have more turf than the don will allow

Not necessarily true. You can arm a large mob with a handful of turfs (as long as you avoid high-upkeep weapons) by simply saving your money. It will just take longer to do, that's all.
