what ways are there to blend into your surroundings?

so the ability to use white as stealth is going away. i have been told that there are plenty of other ways to blend in. can someone share something i may be missing. im an avid leapfrogger and getting my chain capped would be devastating.

drop your chain to 1 inf when you don't need it.

Maybe 5-10 influence would be better, as at the typical zoom when looking at the map, they wont be pins. Even with the borders, at this size they would still be harder to see if you matched map color.
The risk of capture is always going to be there.
Another thing would be to tear down every other turf, or two of three when hopping to reduce the number. This would minimalize the "juicy target" while giving an income boost to nearby turfs and still leave you options for other hop routes.

I'll agree with what Charlie said. A lot of it depends on what level the player is zoomed in at. If they are at the right zoom level (for instance, the predetermined zoom that occurs when you zoom to a particular turf) then turfs at about 10-20 influence are difficult to see because they will be just big enough to now show up as pins...but small enough that they might be missed...especially if there are a bunch of other turfs around. The other possibility is to just avoid well populated areas when leapfrogging...if that's possible. It might take a little longer and cost you a little more though.

and it's not so much white as it's google maps creme taupe.
