Cap turf limit

When you get to the daily capture turf limit. Is it based on actual days or a 24 hour period?

24 hours running. Suppose your limit to cap is 10. You cap 5 at 10am and 5 at 3pm, you will be able to cap another 5 at 10 am the next day.

Yes there is. I reached it with a player today.
