How do u get more than 1,000 mob members asap. Ive Been posting My mob code in the forum and adding everyones for a week and i barely have about 340.

It takes longer than a week. You can also browse the map. Zoom into different parts of the world and you'll find all kinds of people to post your code to. Believe me, I've been pretty diligent with it and I'm just now, after 11 weeks, about to hit the 1000 mark.
You can also always go the easy route & just buy henchmen.

Try mobcode.org, I'm up over 1,300 and I've been playing two weeks(ish).
