If two people have the same amount of turfs and influence in a city is mob size used to determine which player is the capo?

My guess is Capo goes to whoever reached the influence level first. What are the odds that would ever happen...

It goes to the player with the higher overall influence.

Thank you for the info. Here is the whole story. A buddy and I found a city with no players. He wanted to get his first capo title so placed 2 turfs. I then placed 1 then a short time later I placed another. After placing my second turf I got the notification that I was now the capo. He has more overall influence (in the game)but I have more mob members. Any more thoughts?

obviously Nick found you more worthy a disiple than him and made you capo.

Maybe it is mob?

I was on a city where I had equal influence with another player and I got capo. I just thought it was because I was higher over all. But I also have a larger mob.
