  I'm fairly new to this game and am only a level17 most of my turfs are in the same general area. There is this jerk called keeg and he put his turf right in the middle of all of my turfs. He is like a level 39 and I have to pay protection to him. As a result my income is negative! It's in evansville indiana and I was wondering if anyone would be willing to help me out. The game is quite unenjoyable now that I have no other way to earn income except by doing missions.

  At level 17, you'll receive little to no help from the Don in fights. There are a few things you can do.
  1) you could try contacting larger local players for "on the ground" help.
  2) you can tear down all your turfs near him and try to set up elsewhere. Assuming you have the cash to do so.
  3) start a Vendetta and attempt to recruit other mobsters within attack range. This can cause more problems in the long term.
  4) most importantly, whatever you end up doing, you need to punch codes and grow your mob. The key to a long term fix is to get stronger.

  This is why clumping your turf is a bad idea.

  I support this cause for several reasons 1.I have a land grabbing tryrant in my area who bullies lower players including me 2.I have been bringing new players to this game I have influence in pleasants county WV ps the land grabber doesn't even live in my hometown he just passed by placed a turf then systematically captured my turf and I had to rebuild

  Hi all. I'm in Singapore and been playing for about a week and a bit. Was happily building turfs around my neighborhood but last few says have been under attack by a bigger player who obviously sees me as an easy target. I'm mobbing up as fast as I can but still some way off from catching up to this guy. Anyone can help around here? Should I declare a Vendetta against him?

  I am just reiterating my support to the NSA in Central Europe. There are many 'bad' alliances here, and I belong to one of the only 'good' ones. But.....

  I need to say, several of you who have posted on this thread have not taken my - and others' - key... important... critical advice which is listed below in 6 easy to follow steps - a veritable recipe for success:

  1) Mob up. Do it. Do it every day. Make it your goal to have 80 bazillion mob. You won't get there, but get as close as you can, as fast as you can.

  2) Don't ask veterans for help when a level 28 guy is beating on your level 23 self. If my saying that upsets you, refer to item #1 above. Level doesn't matter, mob size does. Try to have at LEAST 500 mob for every level, preferably MUCH more than this, but the next time a guy who is level 72 asks me for help and I look at his profile and he has 187 mob, I'm going to scream. :)

  3) Don't declare vendetta unless you *really* understand the implications and ramifications of doing so.

  4) READ THE FORUMS, WIKIS, etc!! There is a WEALTH of good info here. I'm sorry I didn't get on the forums earlier or I wouldn't be upside down on my mob vs. level myself. Following my own advice above, I should have triple the mob that I do now, so I'm working overtime.

  5) If you are getting capped out of a city, STOP BUILDING IN THAT CITY. TW is GPS-based, next time you drive somewhere or travel, build a mob THERE, go rural, hide out in the woods away from the guys who are killin ya, build your income, and most importantly...

  6) MOB UP. Then see item #1 above, and repeat that until your fingers fall off.

  This game isn't about strolling into NYC and then getting mad that you're having all your turf capped every day. It's social, political and diplomatic, and involves more than just having a bunch of weapons and levels. That's the COOL part with this game. I've won more battles and wars with diplomacy than I have EVER done with a vendetta. I'm no veteran, but I'm no newb anymore either, and I can say assuredly that if you follow my steps above, you'll survive and grow and then you'll be able to compete with the big boys, or better yet, be a 'benevolent gangster' who helps other newbs get off to the right start. I can't speak for the true monster mobster veterans of the game, but I am pretty sure I can say that they'd agree that all the upper level players WANT you in this game, because without new people coming in and STAYING in the game, there would BE no game. That's all I'm typing for today here in the forums because I need to go practice what I preach and punch my 200-300 mob codes for the day. :)
