1 gun per mob member?

If I have 10 people in my mob can I equip them with 20 guns? Or does the game pick the best 10 guns and best 10 armor to use during a fight.
I assumed it was 1 gun/1 armor per mob member but the help document says "at least 1".

Actually it says something like "each mob member needs at least 1 weapon/bomb to be useful in combat". So the confusing things are the "at least" which implies more than 1, and the "weapon/bomb" which can be read as each mobster can have 1 of each.

To reiterate, if one has a mob of 20 and you have 50 grenades does that mean all of your mob has at least two grenades? Does the system count your own inventory to assign the mob? Or does each mob member bring his or her own weapons too?

No each member gets 1 gun and 1 armor. The system picks the best ones in your inventory for each mob member you have. Just be sure to stay on top of your inventory to be sure you have enough guns/armor to assign to each one of your mobsters. Make sure they are the best ones too. Thats very important. Ginny460
