Turf limits?

Ok so i was wondering how do people have like 200 trufs completely spread out doesnt it make your turf limit like 200/20 or somthing and you cant build more turfs? So the question realy is how do you keep moving if you capture more then your turf limit?

Spread first via leapfrogging then capture. Also for more flexibility use don points to increase turf limit.

To give you an example. I have a limit of 275 bought and payed for. Other players have even more
