You get a new turf every few levels. Or you can buy respect points to increase your turf limit.

To move, just keep building turf in the direction you want to go, and tear down the old turfs behind the new turf to have turf available to keep moving forward.

Or physically go to where you want to be.

Ok so you can build a turf in your circle that is around your location

and from what you said you can build a turf in a circle around an already established turf? Is that correct?
