Lvling up quickly

I just noticed that if I hit 'purse snatch' three times, on elite, I get 9 xp, but less for doing a harder mission on pro. Are there any tips on lvling up?

Can u expand on that? Are you saying avoid missions and grow mob?

Mob is prob the most important # in game right now. Don't bother worrying about lvl so much. Hell, if You were lvl 1 with 1000+ mob you could beat 95% of the games pop ;p

I keep getting attacked by some guy who is twice my level even though I have the same guns and twice the mob size, I still lose
