What do you look for in placing new turf?

When hopping or finding new cities to lay turf in, what kinds of things are you looking for? Number of players, inf mob size? Just curious.

Being the largest player is convenient. A large number of players is always good. Many 84 influence turf is also a plus.

I look for the densest area of 86 or lower turfs with as big of players as I can find. Sometimes I get capped immediately, but sometimes I go unnoticed for quite some time. Only been practicing this for a little bit since I only recently got out of Latumpia.
