What determines what areas you will have to pay police protection for a turf? I have many turfs and only one that pays protection and it is very far away from my other turfs. Does distance or area have anything to do with when you have to pay?

Of you are not capo you pay police.

But only one of my turf is paying them off. Why not my other turfs?

It is determined by area. Any area where you are Capo, those turfs will not pay police. Turf in areas where you are not Capo will pay police.

Sorry to continue the question but ,.... I'm not even near being Capo in the area I'm not paying protection except for the one out of area turf. I think I'm local, and perhaps the police are paid off for the first week of gaming??
