What seems to be the best course of action? Often I find myself surrounding by smaller turfs that I could easily create a turf near and capture but this will cost me money and gain me one more turf of my own right? My question is, is this even worthwhile when letting them grow will just increase my property value and provide me protection money? When is it essential to actually capture turf?

Often it's best not to capture. Taxing people a little every now and then makes you rich -massive taxations suddenly will make you lonely and have turfs in low income areas.

Yeah, another dilemna I think (and it hasn't happened yet) but I consider what's to stop someone that I'm taxing from just dismantling their turf and moving on. I really think (and I haven't been in the situation yet) but if someone was taxing me I'd just sell my turf and grow somewhere else so I could rape them later. Are other people doing this? Isn't it dumb just to stay and pay protection?

I'm actually afraid they'll leave and I'd lose the extra income of having an extra mob around my area. In that case it would be preferable to capture,... but I won't know if they'll leave until it's too late.

Btw,.. I'm going to kill everyone around me simply by increasing my mob. Just saying,.. easy money,... mob seems to actually be the most important thing. I'm winning with grenades :)

I think I doing something wrong. I never see money on the protection line even when close to others turfs. I do earn more when in a crowded space bit it is not showing separate under protection. What am i missing?

You have to build on other turf. Over shadow them for Protection. Think of it like this, cap a turf and get whatever the area provides, get protection from two or more chumps and your a LandLord!

I've read that you actually have to attack them once as well and have a higher influence. I'm not certain if you have to win the fight or not. Not certain if it matters either but you can try that.
