if somebody is using multiple accounts on multiple devices, then Nick has absolutely no way of knowing this if the person chooses to lie about it. So this is a silly rule.

nah nick has banned lots of players for this. Although I do agree enforcing it is hard.

Actually...Nick hasn't banned anyone that I know of for having mule accounts. The people who have gotten banned who had mule accounts were doing other things as well that got them banned.

I know of a case where all a player did was have a mule account and so their mule account got banned. As you say multiple accounts are fine though nick has said you will be banned if you use them in a vendetta.

jailbreaking is technically legal (isn't it?) but not buying paid stuff for free (jailbreaking helps to do that)

you can do what you like with it

Um I suspect jail breaking is not strictly legal. It infringes your contract of use with apple. They could in theory punish you in some way - though I'm sure they never would.

Where has he said this? It's fusturating not knowing what is legal and what is not legal. Define mule account? I have independent accounts since I only need to work 3 hours a week and have no life otherwise 😝😝

Um He has stated this during the run up to the release of vendetta. I'm pretty sure I quoted it on my comments board. Psi multiple account ARE allowed. Mule accounts eg abusing multiple accounts to give an unfair advantage is not. I've looked at your set up in the past and it did not seem unresonable. Note the legal illegal discussion was outside tw.

I don't believe so. Nick doesn't care As jb alone does not effect TW but Apple in the future might.
