I know I'm not in much authority to be making a post here (I consider myself a new player) but I want to try.
When first starting in TW, you need to establish a turf. After you have at least one turf, you need to do upgrades. I would avoid fighting for the money to do that, so do missions. Once you have have at least 10k, buy all 5 graffitis and as many collectors as you can afford. You should now have an income of at least 2k(this really depends on where your turf is located). Now hourly, you will gain at least 2k. With that said, the money you make now can be used to buy equipment for missions, weapons, or even more turf upgrades. You should try to get your income to at least 10k before really spreading out your turf.
