One of the most useful advantages you can use is to your turf. I've noticed that new players, and experienced players as well, don't. If you haven't done it it'll be a near game changer for you.

To your turf simple place it to another and you should see the effects within a few minutes. But, and this is important, or you wont' see any improvement at all.. If you do the above correctly you shouldn't have any problems. This works despite the capture rules and against larger players.
