What criteria determines which player is capo when each player hold the same influence in a city?

Not too sure but it's the one that got to that influence 1st I think.

If no one has been capo, then first person to plant will become capo. Say you hold a capo with 86 inf. If someone that has never been capo there comes along & plants 1 or more turfs = 86 inf, they will take the capo. To get it back you must increase your influence to 87. If they want the capo again, they must increase their influence to 88 (not 87 because they have already been capo).

If you have 86 influence and some person comes along with another 86 influence they take your capo, say you equip a loot item that takes u up to 87, you are now capo and the other person would have to have 88 to retake capo because they have been capo, sry mystery making it simple
