Is it better to just dominate someone elses turf and gain protection funds or to just capture it?
When you capture, do you gain all if the assets it owns?

Yes, you do retain all the turf's original upgrades when you capture it.

When it comes to deciding whether to capture or leech protection off of it depends on a few factors:

Leech - If you are in an unpopulated area & if it is the only turf that player has there, then leech money off of it.

Capture - If you are in a populated area & your turf is already making good income (above 25k) or if that player has more turfs nearby, then capture.

Note: Be careful with eliminating a mob's turf completely as this will greatly affect the income for any turfs in the immediate area. I had 20 turfs in a cluster with 7 other players & someone took out one of the players; this reduced my own overall income by almost 300k/hr just from one mob removed from the area.

Also, when you capture, does it permanently increase your turf limit?

No, you get the turf, but your limit remains the same. Meaning if you had 5/5 turfs before you capture, you would have 6/5 after you capture.

You can capture unlimited turfs and go over your turf limit, but you will be unable to build any new turfs of your own until your turf limit is greater than your actual turfs owned.
