Health: overrated?

What is the benefit to having a lot of health points? I think the downsides outweighs the up.

The downside to a high health is that you can be attacked many more times before you are "put in the hospital"- but if you are being farmed on for $$$ - the best place to be is in the hospital. At least in the hospital you are safe from attacks.

The upside to high health, you can attack others more before you run your own health down. Note that this is not really a big upside since you could always go to the hospital and pay to heal.

What am I missing?

The new stop limit on attacks. Health is of little concern until it changes.

Before i guess it was good for rampages but now its not possible so u cant bank off one guy nemore

Well higher health seems to give more points per heal. It's small money but in the long run saves you cash. Healing around 40 points a go at 200 hp.
