Wat do u do to have account because I sign up and it doesn't work

It doesn't really work on IE8(9?) at least not for me. I found that using an alternate browser such as Mozilla Firefox will allow it to work.
I'm assuming you have the same problem I did, but if it is something else, I wouldn't know what to do.
