When Noremac with 2560 mob attacks me he wins about 1 in 5 fights. I have 2400 mob but can't ever seem to win a fight when I attack him- why is this- how does the random factor work?

Dump your AKs andbuymore miniguns. He wont win when attacking.

What's going in your fights is more likely the "30% rule" coming into play. You defense is juuuuust strong enough to stop him running roughshod over you.
