Not always. Sure if you are playing only to cap the most turf. But in a war it isn't always the best profile

I would say strength so u can cap so u have resoucers to grow. Then comes planning where u plan to go, then time or I say patience (a lot of). But anyone could argue mine point of view as it really depends on the player standing in game.

You're going from the pint of view of casual capping. This post is about war. Not a casual game style.
