So ihatepoop attacked one of my turfs and lost. I asked him to stop and he mounted a suicide attack taking five health till it was almost out of commission. So I gave him another warning and put his best turf under. Now he's arming and doesn't respond to posts. I don't really want a war but should I just try to take him out bfor he gets me?
