As long as he has his turf on your turf it'll charge protection.

If the turf is still making money leave it there and consentrate on upgrading it to 84. Once it's at 84 influence it can't be charged.

If it's losing money, like actually costing you money to keep up, then tear it down.

I have the same issue, but I got my turf to 84 but I'm still being charged. I JUST upgraded to 84, so could it just be that it hasn't kicked in yet?
