Does it go up according to inf.? because it starting to cost 40+K to build in the middle of nowhere

I think it has to do with turf density. My influence is over 10k and I just placed a turf for a thousand bucks in a desolate area. I've placed some at lower influence for six figures.

I turf hopping thru a desolate are litrally no1 there
and was paying 38-45K per turf

It takes your other turf into consideration. Or may it's a progressive thing based on how fast your dropping new turf? Have you noticed if it stays the same or drops after a break?

I quit paying attention to how much it costs.

I am convinced it has to do with the city/town you are placing the turf in. Based on how many you personally have in this same city/town to begin with. Has nothing to do with the immediate area u are placing turf or how many turfs from other mobsters are there.

It might ALSO have something to do with the city, but it has everything to do with surrounding turf, or a lack of.
