There is this guy that took 15 turfs of mine just bc I became capo of one of his 5 cities now I'm capo of none I was capo of 3 what should I do help

You have 129 in your mob & he has 600 something. Best thing you can do is mob up. Gain a couple hundred more mob members & soon he won't be able to beat you. Spend some time entering codes from any of the code websites...you should be able to gain 500 or so over the weekend if you take the time to do so, then you'll be able to take your turfs back.
