Don point - turf limit expansion??

If I'm above my limit of turfs by two because of capping turfs and I spend don points to increase turf limit is it going to raise my total one more. Or is it going to count one of the captured turfs?

If you are 12/10 and you buy a turf limit increase from the don, you will be 12/11.

But the increase is permanent. So if you tear down two after that, you will be 10/11 and can place new turf.
