Vendetta or no vendetta?

There's a player who's a founder of a vendetta, but when I click on the vendetta it says that I'm unable to access the vendetta because it's either been deleted or I'm not privy to it.
Does the guy have a 40% weaker defense or not??

It means the vendetta is no longer active (it expired). The player that created it did not disband it, that is why the name still shows up. It has nothing to do with being the first V or not.

It's very annoying. I have 2 stuck. Nick really should add a time delay delete for these.
