This is somewhat subjective, so don't just state which is the best mission to do, explain why.

It's not subjective, it's math :).

I'm pretty sure bank bailout at elite is the most cost effective. 44 eng for 60 points. Compared to, say, dog fighting at 56 eng for 60 points.

It depends what you're going for, the different missions have different ratios between energy and money/xp

I usually do counterfeit rolexes. It earns you 3:1 with energy:money($k) and 4:3 with energy:experience.
The more expensive ones have similar ratios but I do this one because of how little energy it costs.

So you just can't beat Ransom for experience (12 for 8) and cash from missions is a waste of time once your turf is established.

Purse snatching (at elite) is best points to energy ratio. That 44 energy used in bank bailout is 66 points of purse snatching. And I'd recommend not wasting points even getting that high, no benefit to really going over 20 points as the re-energizing period would be 176 minutes or almost three hours... when you can do missions every hour or so and put points defense or stamina. Just my 2 cents.

Ransom is the best points to energy ratio... Anyone that has said otherwise failed at math... It's only 8 energy so it will take a little more hitting the do it button but it's worth it. As they said before, going for money in missions is kind of a waste. You can double check my math but i went through all the missions and ransom has the highest experience ratio at 1.5 exerience for every energy spent.

at the elite level, ransom and purse snatching are the same for xp.

and yes there is not a garentee but someone of a closer level or higher than u and with same size or bigger mob gives out more xp
