So I am something like 29/20... But it is all in the same area, I'd like to build in another town but can I? If I pay the Don for another Turf can I build one or would I just be paying to be 29/21? Thanks!

Yes to the second part. If you pay the don, your new turf balance will be 29/21. Kinda sucks, but thats how nick makes his money.
