Most of us have been the victims of crazy attackers, as well as we have BEEN the crazy attacker. I can confess to both. 😋

Whichever side of the pain you have been on, what "do's" and "don'ts" would you suggest to a player getting repeatedly attacked by another player?

Don't attack to much unless provoked. Weak today, strong tommorow.

The best way to ultimatly defeat someone is to supress or take their turfs forcing them into a negative balance. Thus begins the downward spiral forcing them to sell weapons to remain solvent.

How do you capture tuft? I have attacked a turf till it couldn't be attacked any more but no capture

You can only capture under certian circumstances. First, they must be at least 10% of your over all influence. Second, the turf must be close enough to one of your turfs and your turf has to have been there for more then 24 hours. Lastly, the turf you're attacking and turf your attack with must be with in 50% of each others relative influence.

So a 50 turf can take a 25 - 84, but not a turf with less then 24 influence if it's close enough. The attack button becomes a capture button when you can attack.

Further questions:

What happens if their influence drops below 10% during the first 24 hours bc u are attacking them?

What should the attacker be doing during the first 24 hours, then what does the attacker do once the takeover button appears?

Could you detail out what exactly needs to happen for a successful takeover, and explain how things could go wrong?

It would probably be best for you to post these details in the thread about how to take over enemy territory.

Hey, I've been on the receiving end of some repeat attackers, part of the game, but no fun. Prez Nixon has good advice with the weak today, strong tomorrow. A couple of the people who relentlessly attacked me I got even with once I got a little more mob power.

A couple things I've tried to help stop repeat attackers is to stop holding cash. While it sucks giving up 15% to the bank. It's better than having some other player take it all and keep coming back for more. Keeping zero cash on hand seems to keep repeat attacks low.

The other way would be to try using a vendetta. Try and invite some of your mob that is higher than your attacker into a vendetta targeting the attacking player. This way when you get attacked you have the combined power of the members of the vendetta.

Your playing turfwar and should expect getting hit or being the one to hit. I personally attack to level up though. You get a good amount of exp if you can kill higher levels.
