Weapons advice pls

I have lapuas and body armor as primary, but when I attack someone with 1k mob less than me with the same weapons I lose almost every time. Should I switch over to mini guns and sell all lapuas? Tommy guns are just so expensive...any one have any advice?

Miniguns are worse than lapuas, the lapua/body armor combo is the best defensive combo. You just probably aren't overcoming the defensive slant of the aforementioned person that you could not beat. Increasing mob further can beat them.

Use tommy guns for attack and lapuas for defense

The game automatically chides your best weapons for attack an the best for defense. So the optimal (not counting looted items) is ftm to have a Tommy gun AND a lapua for each of your mobs.

You need approximately 10-15% more mob to defeat someone that is fully armed.
