Wherever I am my location alwase stays the same on the map,When I go to different towns I try to set up shop but can't build past my main patch, even at friends houses who play the game, any tips?

Aww schucksss....it weren't nothing.

And truth be told, the knowledge came from Nick. Skyhook is mentioned in the help. I just researched and expanded it a bit.
