Don helping players

At what point does a don help players? I was trying to cap a turf from a player on level 24, at first I won the fight then suddenly the don starts helping them and I can't win a single fight, why did the don never help me when other players were capping my ass?

As I understand the Don only helps players at level 15 and below. I haven't encountered your issue but I will ask around on your behalf

I'm trying to help someone by lowering another's influence. His level is at 21 and the don is like kicking my tail every time.

The don will step in up to level 25, depending on the difference in mob, influence, etc.

Ah right, I thought he only protected players up to level 15, by that time players should have learned how to protect themselves!!

Me, I want to understand this... there's this player at level 24 that I want to cap a few turfs from, but he's been stronger than me for quite some time. Now I'm finally stronger than him, but the Don keeps telling me "Eh paisano, go easy on this punk -- we got plenty of time to rub 'em out." WTF?

That message means The Don has assisted the player, but not so much that you can't win (at least some of the time). Only nick knows the exact formula for when The Don steps in. Bubbawhite only has 14 turf, so be careful how many & where you cap.

He stayed under just to stay on the fight leader board though; no one likes that.

I have a player in my area capping the sh*t out of Inactives. I PMd him to stop & explained why, but he continues. I capped 2 spots yesterday & 1 today, but no he's receiving protection!!! WTF? Am I supposed to just sit back & let him keep capping Inactives? He's level 30 w/ only 2.5k, i'm level 45w/ 16.4k. I thought protection only lasted til level 25. I never got protection when I used to get smashed!!!

How long will this Don's protection last & is there any way around it? I'm the only 1 n the area willing to step in & put an end to it, but the don keeps stepping in.
