Question on capo titles

How are they arranged? When I look on my profile it seems they're just scrambled. Is there an actual order or not?

Im capo of Coal Grove Kentucky and Ohio so I don't cause it just a says capo of coal grove twice on my profile

it seems the geocoder messed up and put a part of coal grove in Kentucky. I'm not sure if it really expands that far. I know some cities are right smack in the middle of borders but in cases where it's not this is usually the problem.

How about geo coder database...... Just like the issue with capos having nothing to do with the turf wars app, maybe the order listed is also a geo coder issue (maybe the way their database organises areas)
